Learn self defence in a fun and safe environment, great for improving confidence, discipline and teamwork skills.
Available for children aged 4-13.
Classes are taught by Jonny, a secondary school teacher. No matter the age or skill level of the child Jonny is patient, well-trained, and experienced.
For ages 4-7 classes run 30 minutes and are held on Mondays and Thursdays at 4:30 pm and Saturdays at 10:00 am.
For ages 8-13 classes run 45 minutes and are held on Mondays and Thursdays at 5:00 pm and Saturdays at 10:30 am.
The building blocks of Jiu Jitsu, fundamentals explore the concepts and techniques of BJJ.
Suitable for adults, from beginner to pro.
Classes taught in both Gi and no Gi.
Classes run week days at 6 pm and Saturdays at 11:15 am.
A deeper look at the art of Jiu Jitsu, these classes are more intense with a focus on sparring and conditioning for competition.

Classes run week days at 7 pm and Saturdays 12:15 pm.
