A deeper look at the art of Jiu Jitsu, these classes are more intense with a focus on sparring and conditioning for competition.
Suitable for adults.
Taught in both Gi and no Gi.
Classes run week days at 7 pm and Saturdays 12:30 pm.
The building blocks of Jiu Jitsu, fundamentals explore the concepts and techniques of BJJ.
Suitable for adults, from beginner to pro.
Classes taught in both Gi and no Gi.
Classes run week days at 6 pm and Saturdays at 11:30 am.
