Recently at Serenity Jiu Jitsu North Shields several of the children were promoted as part of our kids martial arts program. Each of these children has worked extremely hard over the past year to improve not only in Jiu Jitsu but as overall martial artists. Each of them has improved in confidence and skill and they exemplify what it is we hope to teach here at Serenity Jiu Jitsu.
Promotions in Jiu Jitsu are very difficult to achieve and often Jiu Jitsu is considered the hardest martial art to gain a promotion in. This goes to show just how hard each of these children has worked and how proud I am to teach them. Hopefully each of these kids will use this opportunity to propel themselves further and the other students can use them as an example of what it is possible to achieve with dedication.
